Kids can transform their Play-Doh creations into digital characters, customize them with fun themes and accessories, and see them featured in a colorful world of creativity and discovery. Grab some Play-Doh from here and a base – awesome, you’re ready to go! Guests enter the Play Lab and are greeted by a member of staff. They’re directed to the dispenser where they collect a portion of Play-Doh and a base mold.
What colors will you use? That’s great decorating! Its now time to bring your creation to life at the scan station. Press this button here and put your creation below so we can take a magic scan of it.
Guests mold their Play-Doh using the base mold, customizing as they wish. Once ready, they queue at the Scan Station and follow the instructions on screen. Within a few moments their character is digitalized!
As soon as the creation is scanned the character appears on the digital displays. The guests follow along, seeing their creation interact with different characters and locations.
Special lighting and sound effects are utilized throughout the experience.
The experience reaches its climax as the guest’s character appears on the large showcase wall, joining other creations in a constantly evolving digital gallery.
